The new SWF / SB-7 SERIES model, manufactured by Sunstar Machinery Co. Ltd, is available in the European market from 2019.
This new multi-head automatic embroidery machine has a Touch-Operation Display: 15.1 inch full touch LCD panel with new UI (easy-to -use operation). Thanks to 40,000,000 stitches storage it is possible to save 200,000 stitches for each design until a total of 400 different designs in memory.
This embroidery machinery has the option of digitally-controlled presser foot. In this way, you can control the height of the presser foot for various thickness of materials. A new frontier of European embroidery is guaranteed by the new control box with new electronic boards. In fact, thanks to the new integrated systems it is possible to manage the textile machinery through a software that runs on the Windows operating system.
The new SWF / SB-7 SERIES model is available in various configurations: 4 – 6 – 8 – 12 heads and many more. You can reach the maximum speed of 1,200 rpm, increasing your work thanks to the new color change system. This can improve the color change speed up to 50% by using the ball screw system. This embroidery multihead is based on one target: more power, more productivity.
